As a Sales Support Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:Sales Support:

  • Weekly and monthly sales reporting and analysis
  • Track and distribute all incoming sales contracts
  • Research and maintain competitive sales data
  • Compile and provide an account renewal list, forward looking six months out
  • Bad debt updates
  • Utilize Publisher to design creative media used for promotions or relevant client target communication
  • Participate with assigned rep in designing trial outline for respective client
  • Assist in appointment preparation when requested by rep
  • Assist in posting jobs for all reps.
  • Support executive-targeted promotional mailings
  • Contribute 75 new Blue Prints each month through various BP techniques as assigned by ASM.
  • Call clients per reps direction to follow-up on job postings, survey and research calls.
  • Assist in surveying and client research
  • Work with all critical accounts to target international opportunities.

Office Management:

  • Inventory and order office supplies and promotional materials
  • Create an appealing work environment (motivational, competitive, clean)
  • Coordinate trainings with unit leaders and department leads
  • File expense reports for sales representatives and unit leader
  • Work with unit leader to design, implement and track unit sales contests
  • Be main point of contact for corporate communications and operational responsibilities
  • Create and maintain 'Marketing Center' (including Business Journals & Business Times, Fortune, Selling Power, and up to date CB marketing materials)
  • Submit all vendor invoices for approval and payment in a timely manner
  • Handle all vendor calls and account set-up

Human Resources:

  • Facilitate completion of all HR paperwork (ongoing requirements, new hire packets)
  • Complete termination checklist as needed for employment separation
  • Work with recruiter to manage status of each month's new hires and prepare for their start dates
  • Serve as main inner office point of contact throughout entire new hire process
